
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Chopped Mushrooms
• 1 cup – Chopped Tomatoes
• 1/2 cup- Tomato paste
• 2 – Chopped Garlic Cloves
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1 – Small Onion – chopped
• 1 -Small Green chilli – chopped
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1/2 cup – Frozen peas
• 1 tbsp – Butter
• 1 tsp – Olive oil
Method:
- Heat oil and butter in a pan and saute the onions until pink.
- Add the spices, chillies and garlic to it.
- Fry for 1 min and add the tomato paste and salt.
- Fry the tomatoes for 2 mins and add the mushroom, tomatoes and peas.
- Add a little water and cover it.
- Cook for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with rotis or rice.
