Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Potatoes
• 1 tbsp – Cream
• 1/4 tsp Fenugreek seeds
• 1 tbsp – oil
• salt to taste
• For the paste:
• 4 – Kashmiri chillies
• 2 – Cloves Garlic
• 1/2 – piece Ginger
• 2 tsp – dhania-jeera powder

Method:

  1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly, pierce them with a fork and place them all in microwave turntable.
  2. Place little water in a glass in the centre of the vessel to prevent the potatoes from getting wrinkled.
  3. Microwave on high for 4-5 minutes until the potatoes are soft.
  4. Heat oil in a glass bowl, add prepared paste and salt. Mix well.
  5. Microwave on high for 1 minute.
  6. Add potatoes, cream and kasuri methi. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
