Ingredients:

• Potatoes – 500 g.
• Cooking oil – 1 tbsp.
• pepper powder – 1/2 tsp.
• Salt to taste.

Method:

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes.
  2. Now grate the peeled potatoes.
  3. Sprinkle some pepper and salt over them.
  4. Then heat oil in a frying pan and spread the grated potatoes in the pan in a circular shape.
  5. Add a little oil on the sides with a spoon and cook on medium heat.
  6. Turn over with a spatula and fry until golden brown on both sides.
  7. Now place the pancake onto a serving dish.
  8. Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
