Ingredients:
• Potatoes – 500 g.
• Cooking oil – 1 tbsp.
• pepper powder – 1/2 tsp.
• Salt to taste.
Method:
- Wash and peel the potatoes.
- Now grate the peeled potatoes.
- Sprinkle some pepper and salt over them.
- Then heat oil in a frying pan and spread the grated potatoes in the pan in a circular shape.
- Add a little oil on the sides with a spoon and cook on medium heat.
- Turn over with a spatula and fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Now place the pancake onto a serving dish.
- Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
