Ingredients:
• Potato 2-3 (big sized).
• Rice flour – 1.5 cup.
• Green chillies – 1 (finely chopped).
• Coriander – (finely chopped).
• Curry leaves – few (finely chopped).
• Cumin seeds – 1 tsp.
• Salt – to taste.
• Grated fresh Coconut (optional) – 3 tbsp.
• Water – for mixing.
Method:
- Boil the potatoes, then mash it well without any lumps.
- Add chillies, coriander, curry leaves, salt, and jeera to it and mix well.
- Add rice flour, little by little, so that the mixture forms to a dough.
- Take a ball of mixture, pat it into a circle on a tawa.
- Drizzle some oil around it, cover it and cook till the bottom turns golden brown.
- Serve this hot with coconut chutney or sambhar.
