
Ingredients:
• 250 ml – Milk
• 175 g – flour
• 70 g – Butter
• 55 g – Sugar
• 50 ml – water
• 1 tbsp – golden syrup
• 3 tsps – baking powder
• 25 g – Raisins
• a pinch – salt
Method:
- Beat together butter and sugar until creamy.
- Add the golden syrup, sifted flour, baking powder and salt.
- Gradually add the milk and water.
- Mix the raisins.
- Stir well and pour it into a greased patty tins using spoons.
- Bake at 190 degree C for 20-25 mins.
