Ingredients:

• 1 kg – Chicken.
• 1.5 tbsp – pepper.
• 1 tbsp – coriander powder.
• 1/2 tsp – Jeera powder.
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder.
• 1 pod – garlic.
• 1 piece – ginger.
• 3 – onions, chopped.
• oil.
• Salt.

Method:

  1. Clean and cut the chicken into pieces.
  2. Marinate it with all the powder masala (pepper, coriander, jeera powder, ginger, garlic paste, 1 chopped onion and salt to taste).
  3. Keep it for about 1/2 an hour and then in a vessel heat oil and fry the remaining chopped onions till they turn light brown in colour.
  4. Then add the marinated chicken to it and cook on a low flame without adding water.
  5. When it is cooked, let it become dry.
  6. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it hot with drinks.
