Ingredients:

• Roasted groundnuts – 1 cup
• Green chillies – 3
• Onion – 1
• Ginger – a small piece
• Coriander leaves – a fistful
• Tamarind juice – 1 tsp
• Oil – 1 tsp
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a skillet and add chillies, sliced onion, ginger and let it cool.
  2. Mix the fried ingredients with roasted groundnuts, tamarind juice, salt, coriander leaves and grind it to form a paste.
  3. If the paste is too thick, add little water and mix well.
  4. Can be served with idli, dosa and chapatti.
