Ingredients:

• 1 cup – cooked Carrot
• 1 cup – cooked beans
• 1 cup – green pepper
• 2 – potatoes, cooked
• 1 – big tomato, cut
• 1 – big onion, cut
• 2 tsp – oil
• 1 Green chilli
• 1 tsp dhaniya powder
• 1 tsp chilli powder
• Salt to taste
• Lemon Juice
• 1 tsp Turmeric

Method:

  1. Heat 2 tsp oil and add the cut onion and the minced green chilli.
  2. Add turmeric. Fry for a minute on high flame.
  3. After it turns transparent, add dhaniya powder and chilli powder.
  4. Add cut green pepper and fry. Add a little salt, sprinkle some water, cover and let cook.
  5. Just before green pepper is cooked, add cut tomatoes and mix well.
  6. After tomatoes are done, add rest of the cooked vegetables. Mix well.
  7. You can add some more masala if desired.
  8. Garnish with lemon juice.
