Ingredients:
• 1 cup – cooked Carrot
• 1 cup – cooked beans
• 1 cup – green pepper
• 2 – potatoes, cooked
• 1 – big tomato, cut
• 1 – big onion, cut
• 2 tsp – oil
• 1 Green chilli
• 1 tsp dhaniya powder
• 1 tsp chilli powder
• Salt to taste
• Lemon Juice
• 1 tsp Turmeric
Method:
- Heat 2 tsp oil and add the cut onion and the minced green chilli.
- Add turmeric. Fry for a minute on high flame.
- After it turns transparent, add dhaniya powder and chilli powder.
- Add cut green pepper and fry. Add a little salt, sprinkle some water, cover and let cook.
- Just before green pepper is cooked, add cut tomatoes and mix well.
- After tomatoes are done, add rest of the cooked vegetables. Mix well.
- You can add some more masala if desired.
- Garnish with lemon juice.
