Ingredients:
• Toasts- 2
• Sooji – 1/2 cup
• Onion – 1 small, diced
• Tomato – 1, diced
• Coriander – a small bunch, finely chopped
• Green Pepper – 2-3, finely cut
• Cream (malai) – 1.5 tbsp
• Mustard seeds- 1 tsp
• Red pepper, salt, Garam Masala – to taste
• Oil – 2 tbsp.
Method:
- Combine all the vegetables, the spices and the cream in the sooji and make a thick paste.
- Add water if require. Keep aside for 10 min.
- Now take a toast put the batter on it.
- Heat 1 tsp of oil in a griddle, and splutter the mustard seeds.
- When the seeds start sputtering, put the bread, paste side, on it.
- Now turn it around slowly, and cook the other side too.
- Cut into triangles.
- Serve hot.
