
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Saboodhana
• 2 – Potatoes
• 1 tsp – Finely chopped Green chillies
• 1 tsp – Ginger-garlic paste
• 1/2 cup – Finely chopped Onion
• Salt to taste
• Oil to fry
Method:
- Soak the saboodhana in water and for 2 hours.
- In the meanwhile boil and mash the potatoes.
- Now mix all the other ingredients with the saboodhana and the potatoes.
- Make thin vadas of the mixture and deep fry in oil.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce or chutney.
