Ingredients:

• 10 – radishes, grated
• Bread crumbs
• Coriander leaves, chopped
• Garam Masala
• Onion, chopped
• Green chillies
• Maida batter
• Salt to taste
• Oil

Method:

  1. Take the grated radish, add some bread crumbs, coriander leaves, garam masala, salt, chopped onions, green chillies. Mix the items thoroughly.
  2. Make small cutlets, dip it in maida batter, roll in breadcrumbs and deep fry in oil.
  3. Serve hot with sauce.
