Ingredients:
• 10 – radishes, grated
• Bread crumbs
• Coriander leaves, chopped
• Garam Masala
• Onion, chopped
• Green chillies
• Maida batter
• Salt to taste
• Oil
Method:
- Take the grated radish, add some bread crumbs, coriander leaves, garam masala, salt, chopped onions, green chillies. Mix the items thoroughly.
- Make small cutlets, dip it in maida batter, roll in breadcrumbs and deep fry in oil.
- Serve hot with sauce.
