Ingredients:

• Ragi flour – 1.5 cup
• Salt to taste
• 3 cups – water
• 2 tbsp – cooked Rice

Method:

  1. Take a deep bottom pan, add water, cooked rice and 1 tsp ragi flour, and salt.
  2. Boil and add remaining ragi flour, do not mix.
  3. Finally when almost the entire ragi is added use a wooden chapatti roller and mix nicely.
  4. After mixing keep on fire for 4-5 mins.
  5. Now scoop the mixture from pan and make balls of the size of lemon size.
  6. Serve with curries.
