Ingredients:

• 2 cups – rava
• 3 cups – warm Milk
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 1/2 litre – Mango pulp
• 1 cup – Ghee
• 10 – green cardamoms, peeled and powdered
• 12 – almonds, finely sliced
• 12 – pistachios, finely sliced
• 12 – cashew nuts, cut into halves.

Method:

  1. Lightly, heat ghee in a kadai or a heavy bottomed vessel. Add rava and saute till golden brown.
  2. Gradually add in the milk, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
  3. Half way through, add in the sugar and mango pulp.
  4. Mix well till the mango pulp is mixed well with the rava and the milk is absorbed.
  5. Add cardamom powder and mix well.
  6. Garnish with chopped dry fruits and serve.
