
Ingredients:
• Rava – 1.5 glass.
• Milk – 1 litre.
• Sugar – 1.5 cup.
• Cardamom – 8.
• Kesar powder – 1/2 tsp.
• oil for frying.
• Salt – 1 pinch.
Method:
- Add water and salt to rava and make dough.
- Roll the dough into pooris and deep fry in oil.
- In another vessel, add milk and boil well.
- Add sugar, kesar powder and cardamom powder to the boiled milk and stir it. Remove from fire.
- Then break the poori into pieces and to the boiled milk.
- Ready to serve.
