Ingredients:

• 250 g – rava or semolina
• 1/2 coconut, finely ground
• 4 minced Green chillies
• 1/2″ minced green Ginger
• A few Curry leaves
• 2 tbsp – sour curds
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mix all the above ingredients together to form a batter.
  2. If the mixture is too thick, add a little water to give it the right consistency.
  3. Drop teaspoons of batter in hot oil and deep fry till golden coloured.
  4. Drain and serve with chutney of your choice.
