Ingredients:
• 250 g – rava or semolina
• 1/2 coconut, finely ground
• 4 minced Green chillies
• 1/2″ minced green Ginger
• A few Curry leaves
• 2 tbsp – sour curds
• salt to taste
Method:
- Mix all the above ingredients together to form a batter.
- If the mixture is too thick, add a little water to give it the right consistency.
- Drop teaspoons of batter in hot oil and deep fry till golden coloured.
- Drain and serve with chutney of your choice.
