
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – cooked Raw banana chunks
• 1/2 cup – rolled oats
• 1 – onion, chopped
• 2 – green chillies, chopped
• 1/2 tsp – Fennel seed powder
• 1/2 tsp – grated Ginger
• Curry leaves
• Salt
• Oil
Method:
- Smash cooked raw bananas to fine paste and add onions, green chillies, fennel seed powder, rolled oats, ginger, salt and curry leaves to a thick batter.
- If it is too thick, sprinkle few drops of water.
- Take a small golf ball size dough, flatten them in your palms, drop gently in hot oil.
- Deep Fried till they turn golden brown.
- Serve hot.
