Ingredients:

• 1 Raw banana
• 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
• Salt
• 2 tsp Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp Garam Masala
• 1 tsp Kitchen King
• 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste (optional)
• 1 tsp Dhania powder
• 1 tsp cumin powder
• Salt
• Oil/ghee for frying
• Bread crumbs
• Maida
• Cashew nuts

Method:

  1. Boil the banana with the peel till it becomes soft.
  2. Remove the peel, mash and then roast the banana with ginger garlic paste using some oil.
  3. After roasting, add the cheese and all the other powders.
  4. Make small cutlets, place a piece of cashew nut at the centre and dip them in a mixture of maida and water.
  5. Roll them over some bread crumbs and shallow fry.
