
Ingredients:
• 1 Raw banana
• 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
• Salt
• 2 tsp Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp Garam Masala
• 1 tsp Kitchen King
• 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste (optional)
• 1 tsp Dhania powder
• 1 tsp cumin powder
• Salt
• Oil/ghee for frying
• Bread crumbs
• Maida
• Cashew nuts
Method:
- Boil the banana with the peel till it becomes soft.
- Remove the peel, mash and then roast the banana with ginger garlic paste using some oil.
- After roasting, add the cheese and all the other powders.
- Make small cutlets, place a piece of cashew nut at the centre and dip them in a mixture of maida and water.
- Roll them over some bread crumbs and shallow fry.
