Ingredients:

• 3 cups – raw Rice
• 1 cup – Urad Dal
• 1 tsp – Methi seeds

Method:

  1. Wash and soak the dal and rice for 6 hours and grind to a smooth paste.
  2. Allow to ferment for 8 to 10 hours and steam the idlis.
