Ingredients:
• Rawa (Semolina) – 1 cup
• Sugar – 1.5 cups
• Kesari colour – A pinch
• Ghee – 4 tbsps
• Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
• Cashew nuts – A few
• Water – 3 cups
Method:
- In a microwaveable bowl, add 2 tbsps of ghee and rawa and mix well.
- Microwave it on high for 3 minutes.
- Then add 3 cups of water, sugar and colour. Mix well, so that no lumps are formed.
- Microwave on high again for 5 minutes.
- Take it out and stir well and make a hole in the middle.
- Add the remaining ghee and put the cashews in it. Microwave on high for 2 more minutes.
- Finally add cardamom powder, mix well and serve when cool.
