Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Rawa
• 1/2 cup – all – purpose flour
• 3/4 cup – Sugar
• 1 – Egg
• 1/2 – ripe Banana (optional)
• 2 – Cardamom
• 1/4 tsp – cooking soda
• oil
Method:
- Beat egg till it becomes fluffy.
- Now add sugar, rawa, flour, soda and powdered cardamom and mix well.
- Mash the banana and add to the mix.
- The mix should be as thick as a vada mix. But if it is too thick, you can add a little water.
- Leave the mix to set for at least 20 minutes.
- Now heat the oil in a frying pan and drop small balls of mix with a spoon
- Fry till it turns golden brown and remove the excess oil with a paper towel.
