Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Rawa
• 1/2 cup – all – purpose flour
• 3/4 cup – Sugar
• 1 – Egg
• 1/2 – ripe Banana (optional)
• 2 – Cardamom
• 1/4 tsp – cooking soda
• oil

Method:

  1. Beat egg till it becomes fluffy.
  2. Now add sugar, rawa, flour, soda and powdered cardamom and mix well.
  3. Mash the banana and add to the mix.
  4. The mix should be as thick as a vada mix. But if it is too thick, you can add a little water.
  5. Leave the mix to set for at least 20 minutes.
  6. Now heat the oil in a frying pan and drop small balls of mix with a spoon
  7. Fry till it turns golden brown and remove the excess oil with a paper towel.
