Ingredients:
• Coconut – 1/2 (Grated fresh)
• Red Chillies – 3-4
• Ginger – 1/2 inch
• Onion – 1
• Tamarind – A little
• Curry leaves
• Mustard
• Oil
• Red Chilly – 1
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Grind coconut, red chillies, ginger, onion and tamarind to a fine paste.
- Heat oil and add curry leaves, mustard, and one red chilly.
- Add this to the chutney mixture.
- Add salt and mix well.
- This chutney can be served with idlis and hot dosas.
