Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Rice
• 2.5 cups – Jaggery
• 3 tbsps – Ghee
• 3-4 cups – water
• 1/2 cup – cashew
• 1 – rose
• 1/2 cup – condensed Milk
• 1/2 cup – dry coconut, grated
Method:
- Boil rice and mash it.
- Heat the rice in a kadai, add jaggery pieces and ghee, and stir well until jaggery melts.
- Grind the rose and water to make a paste and add it to the rice.
- Finally add condensed milk, cashew powder and grated coconut. Heat for 5 mins on low heat.
- Let it stand for 2 hours. The heat through and serve.
