
Ingredients:
• Onions – 2
• Garlic – 3 Cloves
• Ginger – 1 inch
• Tomatoes – 2 small
• Frozen veggies (carrot, peas, Corn and beans) – 450 g
• Oil 2 -3 tsp
• Cream – 1/2 cup
• Milk – 1/2 cup
• Paneer – 200 g
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, toast paneer and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry onions till golden brown. Add garlic, ginger and tomatoes.
- Saute them well.
- Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt.
- Pour cream, milk and stir it well and allow it to boil for 15 minutes or till the yellowish orange colour is released and keep it aside.
- Pressure cook the frozen veggies without water for 7-8 minutes.
- Add the veggies to the sauteed milky mixture and add salt.
- Cook it for 10 minutes.
- Finally, add the fried paneer and mix it well.
- Serve hot with chapatti.
