
Ingredients:
• 3-4 – Carrots (grated)
• 2 – Chopped Onions
• 3-4 – Chillies
• 4 tbsp – Oil
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• A pinch of salt
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, add chillies and onion and fry for a few minutes till it is golden brown.
- Then add grated carrot and sautee.
- Finally, add salt and garam masala and sautee.
