Ingredients:

• 8 slices bread
• 3-4 eggs
• 2 tbsp – chopped Coriander leaves
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 2 Green chillies (finely chopped)
• salt and pepper to taste
• Ghee

Method:

  1. Halve the slices of bread diagonally to make 12 triangular pieces. Beat the eggs and mix in the onions, chillies, coriander leaves, salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the ghee in a frying pan. Dip the bread slices in the egg mixture and allow to soak on both sides. Fry well on both sides till golden brown and crisp at the edges.
  3. Serve immediately with tomato sauce.
