Ingredients:
• 8 slices bread
• 3-4 eggs
• 2 tbsp – chopped Coriander leaves
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 2 Green chillies (finely chopped)
• salt and pepper to taste
• Ghee
Method:
- Halve the slices of bread diagonally to make 12 triangular pieces. Beat the eggs and mix in the onions, chillies, coriander leaves, salt and pepper.
- Heat the ghee in a frying pan. Dip the bread slices in the egg mixture and allow to soak on both sides. Fry well on both sides till golden brown and crisp at the edges.
- Serve immediately with tomato sauce.
