Ingredients:

• 2 – medium-sized Onions
• 3 – medium-sized Tomatoes
• 250 g – homemade Paneer or market cheese
• 2 tsp – oil
• Coriander leaves for garnishing
• salt to taste
• Red Chilli to taste
• dry coriander powder
• a pinch of black pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add the chopped onions and fry for about 4 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Add the finely chopped tomatoes and salt to taste.
  3. Stir until the oil starts leaving the pan.
  4. Add the scrambled paneer and the dry spices.
  5. Keep stirring on low flame for another 7 minutes.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves before serving.
