Ingredients:

• 2 to 3 – cinnamon, Cardamoms and Cloves
• 1 – big Onion
• 2 to 3 – Cloves of Garlic (chopped)
• 1 tbsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1/2 cup – crushed Tomato
• 1/4 to 1/2 cup – thick Coconut Milk
• 25 to 30 – shrimp
• Chopped coriander
• salt, chilli powder, Turmeric and Garam Masala powder, according to taste

Method:

  1. First saute cinnamon, cardamoms and cloves in oil. Then add chopped onions and garlic.
  2. Saute till onions are light brown in colour, then add ginger garlic paste and saute.
  3. Then add the shrimp, tomato, salt, turmeric (just a pinch), chilli powder (1 tbsp) and garam masala powder (1 tbsp)
  4. Saute for a few minutes, till tomatoes are fried a bit.
  5. Then add water, let it cook for 5 minutes and then add coconut milk.
  6. Let it cook till the shrimp is tender.
  7. Add little bit of coriander in the final stages of cooking and then serve hot with rice.
