Ingredients:

• Amla – 5
• Green chillies – 4
• Turmeric – 2 tsp
• Mustard – 1 tsp
• Oil- 3 tsp
• Asafoetida – 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Cook amla in cooker with a little water and grind the cooked amla with green chillies.
  2. In a kadai heat oil, splutter mustard, add asafoetida, turmeric powder and add the paste of amla and chillies and cook for 5 mins.
