Ingredients:

• 1 small Cabbage (finely chopped)
• 4 Green chillies (Chopped)
• 2 cups gram flour
• 1 cup Rice flour
• 1 small bunch of Coriander leaves (Finely chopped)
• 1 tsp Cumin seeds
• 6 tsp salt (adjust the amount according to taste)
• 1 tsp curry powder
• 1 tsp chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp Asafoetida

Method:

  1. Mix the ingredients with enough water to make a thick batter.
  2. Heat oil.
  3. With a small rounded spoon, drop the batter in the hot oil and deep fry under medium heat until golden brown.
