Ingredients:

• Prawns – 1 kg
• Jeera powder – 1/2 tsp
• Coriander powder – 1 tsp
• Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
• Garlic paste – 1 tsp
• Red Chilli powder – 3 tsp
• Onions – 5
• Fenugreek powder – 1/2 tsp
• Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
• Salt
• Coriander leaves – few sprigs.

Method:

  1. Take a wide and deep non-stick pan, fry the onions till golden brown.
  2. Add turmeric powder, prawns and mix well.
  3. Stir for 5 mins and then add all the other ingredients except garlic paste, chilli powder, coriander.
  4. Mix garlic paste and chilli powder together in a bowl and keep it aside.
  5. When the prawns are well cooked, add the garlic and chilli powder paste and coriander.
  6. Stir it well and keep it on the flame for a while. Serve.
