
Ingredients:
• Prawns – 1 kg
• Jeera powder – 1/2 tsp
• Coriander powder – 1 tsp
• Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
• Garlic paste – 1 tsp
• Red Chilli powder – 3 tsp
• Onions – 5
• Fenugreek powder – 1/2 tsp
• Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
• Salt
• Coriander leaves – few sprigs.
Method:
- Take a wide and deep non-stick pan, fry the onions till golden brown.
- Add turmeric powder, prawns and mix well.
- Stir for 5 mins and then add all the other ingredients except garlic paste, chilli powder, coriander.
- Mix garlic paste and chilli powder together in a bowl and keep it aside.
- When the prawns are well cooked, add the garlic and chilli powder paste and coriander.
- Stir it well and keep it on the flame for a while. Serve.
