Ingredients:

• 1 cup – boiled Rice
• 1 – Lemon juice
• 1/2 cup – coriander, finely chopped
• 1/2 cup – spring onion, finely chopped
• 1/4 cup – peanuts, roughly crushed
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/4 cup – onion, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 1 tsp – Turmeric
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add mustard seeds.
  3. Once they start to crackle, add crushed peanuts.
  4. Lower the flame.
  5. Cook till peanuts turn pink.
  6. Then, add onion, coriander and spring onion.
  7. Add turmeric and salt.
  8. Cook till all the ingredients become nice and tender.
  9. Then, add lemon juice.
  10. Mix this mixture with boiled rice.
