Ingredients:
• Potato – 1/4 kg
• Chilli powder – 2 tbsp
• Refined oil – 2 tbsp
• salt – to taste
• Channa dal – 2 tbsp
Method:
- Cut the potatoes into small pieces and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and add some mustard seeds.
- Once they splutter, add channa dal and fry till light brown. Add chilli powder.
- Add potatoes and stir.
- When the potatoes are half- cooked, add salt and cook till crisp.
