Ingredients:
• 250 gms – colaccasia leaves (arbi leaves).
• 250 gms – Chana atta (besan).
• 5 gms – Fennel seeds (saunf).
• 100 gms – sugar.
• 50 gms – Tamarind pulp.
• 5 gms – Ginger paste.
• 5 gms – Green chilli paste.
• 10 gms – white sesame seeds.
• 5 gms – Red Chilli powder.
• 5 gms – coriander powder.
• 10 gms – Garam Masala powder.
• Salt to taste.
• oil to fry.
Method:
- Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients except the colacasia leaves.
- Add some water and prepare a thick paste.
- Now add this paste on the colacasia leaves and roll the leaves.
- Now steam the rolls in a steamer for 15-20 mins. Remove from fire and let it cool.
- Then cut the rolls into small pieces.
- Now add oil in a kadai and heat the oil and deep fry the pieces and serve with chutney.
