
Ingredients:
• For Pizza Crust:
• 1 pack – pizza crust.
• Toppings:
• 1 – small capsicum.
• 1 – big onion.
• 1 – small can of mushroom.
• Few florets of broccoli.
• Sweet corn.
• Olives.
• For Sauce:
• 1 tbsp – pasta sauce.
• 1 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste.
• 1/4 tsp – oregano.
• 1 tsp – Onion powder.
• 1 tsp – Garlic powder.
• Vegetables of your choice.
Method:
- For sauce:
- Mix all the ingredients well and heat them. Do not boil it| For topping:
- Heat a pan. Put a little oil in it.
- Add all the diced vegetables and stir fry for some time.
- The topping is ready.
- For assembling:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Take the kneaded dough and flatten it with a rolling pin.
- Do not roll too thin.
- Now place the rolled out dough on a greased baking sheet.
- Apply the sauce all over the base and sprinkle the vegetables.
- Cover the pizza with grated mozzarella cheese and bake it for 20 mins, or till done.
