Ingredients:

• For Pizza Crust:
• 1 pack – pizza crust.
• Toppings:
• 1 – small capsicum.
• 1 – big onion.
• 1 – small can of mushroom.
• Few florets of broccoli.
• Sweet corn.
• Olives.
• For Sauce:
• 1 tbsp – pasta sauce.
• 1 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste.
• 1/4 tsp – oregano.
• 1 tsp – Onion powder.
• 1 tsp – Garlic powder.
• Vegetables of your choice.

Method:

  1. For sauce:
  2. Mix all the ingredients well and heat them. Do not boil it| For topping:
  3. Heat a pan. Put a little oil in it.
  4. Add all the diced vegetables and stir fry for some time.
  5. The topping is ready.
  6. For assembling:
  7. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  8. Take the kneaded dough and flatten it with a rolling pin.
  9. Do not roll too thin.
  10. Now place the rolled out dough on a greased baking sheet.
  11. Apply the sauce all over the base and sprinkle the vegetables.
  12. Cover the pizza with grated mozzarella cheese and bake it for 20 mins, or till done.
