Ingredients:

• 100 g – Bhindi
• 1/2 tsp – All masala (Chaat Masala, Turmeric Powder, Chilli Powder, Amchur Masala, Jeera Powder, Dhania Powder)
• Salt to taste
• Oil – to mix the Masala.

Method:

  1. Mix all the masala and salt with the oil.
  2. Slit the bhindi in half, lengthwise and stuff the mixture into it.
  3. Microwave till it becomes crispy.
  4. Serve hot with rice or roti.
