Ingredients:
• 100 g – Bhindi
• 1/2 tsp – All masala (Chaat Masala, Turmeric Powder, Chilli Powder, Amchur Masala, Jeera Powder, Dhania Powder)
• Salt to taste
• Oil – to mix the Masala.
Method:
- Mix all the masala and salt with the oil.
- Slit the bhindi in half, lengthwise and stuff the mixture into it.
- Microwave till it becomes crispy.
- Serve hot with rice or roti.
