Ingredients:

• Milk – 2 – 3 litres
• Sugar – 1.5 to 2 cups
• Cardamom – 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Start to boil the milk on high flame.
  2. Once it starts boiling, lower the flame and slowly start stirring.
  3. Once it starts to solidify, add sugar, cardamom and keep on stirring.
  4. After few hours, you will notice the milk starts to become semi-solid.
  5. Keep it aside so that it will be solid after it cools down.
  6. Serve it cold.
