Ingredients:
• Milk – 2 – 3 litres
• Sugar – 1.5 to 2 cups
• Cardamom – 1 tsp
Method:
- Start to boil the milk on high flame.
- Once it starts boiling, lower the flame and slowly start stirring.
- Once it starts to solidify, add sugar, cardamom and keep on stirring.
- After few hours, you will notice the milk starts to become semi-solid.
- Keep it aside so that it will be solid after it cools down.
- Serve it cold.
