Ingredients:

• 1 kg – sole fish
• 2 tbsp – Onion paste
• 1 tbsp – Garlic and Ginger paste
• Whole garam masalas
• 1 tsp – salt
• Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
• 5 tbsp – Mustard oil
• Coriander leaves – 1/2 bunch

Method:

  1. Marinate the fish with turmeric and salt after its cleaned and dried properly.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in kadai and fry the fish pieces very lightly and keep it aside.
  3. Add 2 more tbsp oil in kadai and fry the masalas on low flame, add 1 tsp salt and turmeric powder.
  4. Pour 1 cup of hot water. As soon as it starts boiling, put the fish in it.
  5. Simmer it in low flame.
  6. Add garam masala powder.
  7. Serve the fish curry garnished with coriander leaves.
