
Ingredients:
• 1 kg – sole fish
• 2 tbsp – Onion paste
• 1 tbsp – Garlic and Ginger paste
• Whole garam masalas
• 1 tsp – salt
• Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
• 5 tbsp – Mustard oil
• Coriander leaves – 1/2 bunch
Method:
- Marinate the fish with turmeric and salt after its cleaned and dried properly.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in kadai and fry the fish pieces very lightly and keep it aside.
- Add 2 more tbsp oil in kadai and fry the masalas on low flame, add 1 tsp salt and turmeric powder.
- Pour 1 cup of hot water. As soon as it starts boiling, put the fish in it.
- Simmer it in low flame.
- Add garam masala powder.
- Serve the fish curry garnished with coriander leaves.
