Ingredients:
• Shark or Shark Fillets – 500 g
• Onion big size – 7
• Garlic – 5 to 6 cloves, make a paste
• Green chillies – 10 or chilli powder according to taste
• Coconut grated – 100 g
• salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and fry onions till transparent.
- Then add garlic paste and fry well. Then add green chilli paste or chilli powder and salt.
- Onions should be fried very well till cooked.
- Wash, clean shark fish with turmeric and salt.
- In a separate pan, cook shark till soft. When heat subsides, drain away the water and smash the cooked shark well without lumps.
- Put the smash shark in the onions and fry well, until golden brown.
- Finally add the grated coconut and fry well for 5-10 minutes.
