Ingredients:

• Shark or Shark Fillets – 500 g
• Onion big size – 7
• Garlic – 5 to 6 cloves, make a paste
• Green chillies – 10 or chilli powder according to taste
• Coconut grated – 100 g
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry onions till transparent.
  2. Then add garlic paste and fry well. Then add green chilli paste or chilli powder and salt.
  3. Onions should be fried very well till cooked.
  4. Wash, clean shark fish with turmeric and salt.
  5. In a separate pan, cook shark till soft. When heat subsides, drain away the water and smash the cooked shark well without lumps.
  6. Put the smash shark in the onions and fry well, until golden brown.
  7. Finally add the grated coconut and fry well for 5-10 minutes.
