Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – Cashew nuts
• 100 g – ground Sugar
• 25 ml – water
Method:
- Grind cashewnuts, and sugar separately.
- Make sugar syrup boiling only once.
- Add cashewnuts on low heat.
- Mix well.
- Remove from heat.
- Spread on a smooth surface and roll out quickly with a rolling pin.
- Cut into square shapes.
