Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – Cashew nuts
• 100 g – ground Sugar
• 25 ml – water

Method:

  1. Grind cashewnuts, and sugar separately.
  2. Make sugar syrup boiling only once.
  3. Add cashewnuts on low heat.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Spread on a smooth surface and roll out quickly with a rolling pin.
  7. Cut into square shapes.
