Ingredients:
• 1 – small ripe and healthy watermelon, deseeded, cubed
• 1 – medium pomegranate, deseeded
• 1 sprig – Mint leaves, finely chopped
• 2 – betel leaves, veins removed, finely chopped
• 1 – lemon, cut into thin rounds, deseeded carefully
• 2 – strawberries, finely chopped
• 1 – Orange segmented, peeled, deseeded
• 2 tbsp – Sugar
• 3 to 4 pinches – black salt
• 1/4 tsp – pepper powder
• 2 bottles- sprite or club soda (if Sugar not desired)
• 1/2 tsp – salt
Method:
- Put watermelon and pomegranate together.
- Run with an electric hand blender till fully pureed.
- Add some water if required.
- Strain through a fruit juice mesh.
- Discard residue, chill juice till required.
- Chop strawberries, oranges into small pieces.
- Add to juice.
- Add all other ingredients, except soda.
- Mix well and chill.
- Just before serving, add soda and mix.
- Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
