Ingredients:

• Mango (raw)
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• Mustard powder
• A pinch of Sugar
• 1 tsp – oil
• Mustard
• Zeera
• Haldi
• Hing
• Salt

Method:

  1. Take a kadai put oil heat it up and add mustard, zeera, haldi, hing. Cut a raw big mango into small pieces.
  2. Add it in the oil fry it for 2 mins till mango becomes soft.
  3. Add chilli powder and salt as required cook it for 2 mins.
  4. Add 1 pinch of sugar.
  5. Serve immediately
