Ingredients:

• 1 tin -mango pulp
• 8 oz- cool whip
• 8 oz- Philadelphia cheese
• 3 -unflavoured gelatine
• 1 cup -sugar
• 2- pie shell/crust

Method:

  1. Boil 1/2 a cup of water then add gelatine until it dissolves.
  2. Blend all ingredients together.
  3. Finally pour gelatine and blend again.
  4. Then pour in pie crust and keep in a refrigerator for 5 to 6 hours.
  5. Decorate with cherry or strawberry and serve cold at anytime.
