Ingredients:

• 250 g -onions
• 3 – Green chillies
• 1/2 inch -ginger
• 50 g -channa flour
• 1/2 tsp -red chilli powder
• salt
• oil

Method:

  1. Cut onions lengthwise.
  2. Chop green chillies and ginger finely.
  3. Mix all 3 together and sprinkle 1 tsp water over them.
  4. Add 1 tsp hot oil to this mixture.
  5. Add channa flour, red chilli powder, salt and mix gently.
  6. Sprinkle mixture lightly over hot oil.
  7. Fry till crisp and golden brown.
