Ingredients:
• 250 g -onions
• 3 – Green chillies
• 1/2 inch -ginger
• 50 g -channa flour
• 1/2 tsp -red chilli powder
• salt
• oil
Method:
- Cut onions lengthwise.
- Chop green chillies and ginger finely.
- Mix all 3 together and sprinkle 1 tsp water over them.
- Add 1 tsp hot oil to this mixture.
- Add channa flour, red chilli powder, salt and mix gently.
- Sprinkle mixture lightly over hot oil.
- Fry till crisp and golden brown.
