Ingredients:

• 6 Rajali bananas, peeled and chopped
• 2 cups – flour (maida)
• 1/4 cup – Sugar
• 1 tsp – Cardamom powder
• Ghee as needed
• A little oil

Method:

  1. Sieve and knead the flour by adding a little oil and water and make into a stiff dough. Reserve.
  2. Cook the bananas on a low fire, adding a little ghee and sugar.
  3. Cook till the sugar dissolves and the mixture is solid.
  4. Make this filling and the dough into equal number of balls.
  5. Roll each dough ball into a small 10 cm. puri.
  6. Put one ball of the banana mixture.
  7. Close the edges and remake it into a thin chapati.
  8. Fry on both sides on a greased tawa.
  9. Smear ghee on both sides.
  10. Serve hot or cold.
