Ingredients:
• 750 g – paneer, cut into 1/2 inch x 1/2 inch thick squares
• 1 tbsp – coarsely crushed pepper
• 1 green capsicum, diced
• 2 medium onions, diced
• 1 Lemon juice
• 1 tsp – curry powder
• salt to taste
• For Basting:
• Mix 1 tsp – kasoori methi, 1 tsp – Amchoor and salt in a little oil
Method:
- Marinate the paneer squares in salt, lemon juice and curry powder for 10 mins.
- Skewer the paneer and vegetables and grill.
- When almost done, baste the paneer with the oil-spice mixture.
- Serve hot.
