Ingredients:

• 750 g – paneer, cut into 1/2 inch x 1/2 inch thick squares
• 1 tbsp – coarsely crushed pepper
• 1 green capsicum, diced
• 2 medium onions, diced
• 1 Lemon juice
• 1 tsp – curry powder
• salt to taste
• For Basting:
• Mix 1 tsp – kasoori methi, 1 tsp – Amchoor and salt in a little oil

Method:

  1. Marinate the paneer squares in salt, lemon juice and curry powder for 10 mins.
  2. Skewer the paneer and vegetables and grill.
  3. When almost done, baste the paneer with the oil-spice mixture.
  4. Serve hot.
