 
            Ingredients:
  • Egg – 1 
 • Bean sprouts – 1/2 cup 
 • Carrot – 1/2 
 • Mint/pudina – 1 small sprig 
 • green Onions – 2 (stems) 
 • Green chilli – 1 
 • black pepper powder for taste 
 • Turmeric for taste 
Method:
- Trim bean sprouts (moong dal/green gram).
- Slice carrot into fine long slices.
- Chop green onions, green chilli and mint/pudina into fine pieces.
- Put these ingredients into a bowl and add turmeric, salt, black pepper powder.
- Mix well, and break and add an egg into the mix.
- Mix thoroughly and pour it onto a pre-heated, oil-smeared pan to make a nice omelette.
