Ingredients:

• 2 – Raw bananas
• 1 – Yam
• 1 cup – grated Coconut
• 1 tsp – black pepper
• 2 tsp – Coconut oil

Method:

  1. Chop raw bananas and yam into 1 inch rectangular pieces.
  2. Fry them in a tsp of coconut oil.
  3. Grind black pepper and half the coconut with water. Add to the vegetables.
  4. Add salt. Let it simmer for 10 – 15 minutes.
  5. Switch off the stove.
  6. Temper with mustard seeds and curry leaves in a little coconut oil.
  7. Fry the remaining coconut in coconut oil and add to the dish.
  8. Have it with hot rice.
