
Ingredients:
• 2 – Raw bananas
• 1 – Yam
• 1 cup – grated Coconut
• 1 tsp – black pepper
• 2 tsp – Coconut oil
Method:
- Chop raw bananas and yam into 1 inch rectangular pieces.
- Fry them in a tsp of coconut oil.
- Grind black pepper and half the coconut with water. Add to the vegetables.
- Add salt. Let it simmer for 10 – 15 minutes.
- Switch off the stove.
- Temper with mustard seeds and curry leaves in a little coconut oil.
- Fry the remaining coconut in coconut oil and add to the dish.
- Have it with hot rice.
