Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – Chicken
• 3 tbsp – Worcester sauce
• 1 tsp – soya sauce
• 1/2 tsp – pepper powder
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• Mix all the above ingredients and put in the refrigerator previous night or 2 to 3 hours before cooking
• 2 – onions, medium size
• 10-12 – Green chillies
• 1 – capsicum, large size
• 2 bunches – Coriander leaves
• Pepper to taste
• Oil as required
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Put 3 tbsp of oil in a kadai, add onions, and fry till golden brown. Add 10 or 12 green chillies, one capsicum cut into pieces, and fry them. Add the marinated chicken pieces, and let it boil.
  2. Add two bunches of coriander leaves and a little china salt and fry on low flame. Add pepper powder if necessary.
