Ingredients:

• 1 Cauliflower , medium size
• 1 tsp- chili powder
• 1 tsp- coriander powder
• ½ tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 tsp- ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tsp- curry leaves, finely chopped
• 3 to 4 tbsp- Rice flour
• 2 to 3 tbsp- besan (chick pea flour)
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cut cauliflower into medium size pieces. Boil in salted water till half cooked. Drain from water.
  2. Add all the ingredients from chili powder to curry leaves to the cauliflower and mix well.
  3. Mix rice flour and besan and sprinkle on cauliflower. Sprinkle some water and mix so that all the masala coats the cauliflower pieces.
  4. Deep fry in oil until crisp and golden brown.
