
Ingredients:
• 12 – tiger Prawns
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• 3 tbsp – curds or yogurt
• salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 2 tsp – oil
Method:
- Sieve, de-vein and wash the prawns well.
- Marinate the prawns with all the above ingredients for about 45 mins.
- Place the marinated prawns on a greased baking tray and grill in a hot oven for 10-15 mins.
- Serve with onion rings and chips.
